Players on the Golden Spikes 10u-14u Player Development Teams gain access to a training environment unlike any other. Participation requires attending a tryout session, where players must demonstrate their abilities to earn a spot on these selective teams. NCBA looks to provide a competitive travel baseball experience for the youth in the Triad. We strive to develop the Triad’s most talented, dedicated, committed and competitive players while still nurturing a love the game and a respect for playing the right way. Our 10u-14u teams run in two seasons per year (Spring/Summer and Fall)

Players that are selected to a team will have ALL the resources to become a better baseball player at their disposal, including:

• • Uniforms
  • 5-6 Tournaments
  • 2 practice days per week
  • 4x 30 minute lessons
  • 4x team hitting sessions with NCBA staff
  • Full membership to NCBA’s indoor/outdoor baseball-only facility
