Refund Policy for Baseball Training Camps

  1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
    All registration fees for camps are non-refundable. This policy ensures that resources are allocated and camp logistics are planned effectively.

  2. Cancellation Requests
    Refunds for cancellations will only be considered if requested at least 14 days prior to the start date of the camp. Any cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Medical Exceptions
    In cases of injury or illness, refunds may be provided with a valid medical note from a licensed physician. Such requests must be submitted before the camp start date and are subject to review.

  4. Weather-Related Changes
    Camps will proceed rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, efforts will be made to reschedule. Refunds will not be provided for rescheduled sessions.

  5. No-Shows
    Participants who fail to attend the camp without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

  6. Rescheduling and Credits
    If the participant cannot attend due to unforeseen personal reasons, credits toward future camps may be offered at the discretion of the camp provider.

  7. Contact Information for Refund Requests
    All refund requests must be submitted in writing to in**@nc********.com. Requests should include the participant’s name, camp details, and reason for the request.
