The Golden Spikes College Prospect Program (15u-17u) is the most comprehensive and complete program for the advanced player looking to enhance his skills and athletic performance. College Coaches and Pro Scouts recognize the quality of play and the professionalism that goes along with NCBA and the Golden Spikes and make visits to our facility to try to acquire some of the states best talent. This creates a one of a kind opportunity for player playing on our 15u-17u Golden Spikes teams. Players will get the opportunity to showcase their skills and interact with MLB scouts, college head coaches, and current and past MLB players. This is something unique to our program that you simply wont find anywhere else.

With a focus on elite training, the Golden Spikes provide a pathway for athletes aiming to excel at the next level and increase their college recruitment prospects.

With only one team per age group, we have helped over 75% of our players earn an opportunity to play beyond high school since our first team in 2003 – 6 former players have played in the Major Leagues to date!

Training & Development

Our College Prospect Development Program is our final stage of development for players. Players here focus on physical, mental, and even the emotional areas of the game. Players are introduced to workout regimens, high level strategic game play thinking, and even how to handle success and failure. Players will learn how to take failure in and utilized it to stay in a growth mindset.

Baseball skillsets will be refined even further to reach each players absolute highest potential. Players at the end of this program should be ready and prepared to play baseball on the next level.
