Players on the Golden Spikes 10u-14u Player Development Teams gain access to a training environment unlike any other. Participation requires attending a tryout session, where players must demonstrate their abilities to earn a spot on these selective teams. NCBA looks to provide a competitive travel baseball experience for the youth in the Triad. We strive to develop the Triad’s most talented, dedicated, committed and competitive players while still nurturing a love the game and a respect for playing the right way. 

Players that are selected to a team will have ALL the resources to become a better baseball player at their disposal, including:

• 2 seasons of baseball
• Uniforms
• Tournaments
• 2x practices per week
  
• Full membership to NCBA’s indoor/outdoor baseball-only facility, batting cage tokens, and lessons
  
• Winter workouts and hitting with NCBA’s staff and Will Bradley Sports Performance
